Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will give you full authority over your email mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a new electronic mail account in no time and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward e-mails from one e-mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, create auto-response messages and defend your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming email messages based on certain rules set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your email box accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox you want to forward email messages from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your email boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest.
